Kim joined Showcase in 2025, bringing with her a strong background in customer service and administrative management, including experience with a healthcare media company and ownership of a 5-star residential cleaning business. Kim thrives in fast-paced environments and prides herself on providing efficient, detail-oriented support. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and her two children.
