Priced by SF
Our core services Photography, Videography, 360 Tours, and 2D Floorplans are priced based on your property’s total square footage, with tiered pricing from SMALL to ESTATE (e.g., the Small Package covers properties 2300 SF or smaller).
Virtual
Services
Priced Per Image or Unit
Virtual services include add-ons and enhancements, such as green grass restore and blue sky replacement, which alter physical media, as well as digital-only services like virtual staging, and twilight photography. All virtual services are priced per image or design.
Extended
Services
Flat Rate or Custom Pricing
Extended services, including custom videos, additional capture time, and personal branding media capture, are offered at starting flat rates (per hour pricing) or custom rates.
